1. Processing/Dispatch Times

Dispatch time depends on the option selected at checkout:

2. Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Delivery times based on Australia Post Standard Parcel. Please note speeds may vary depending on your area.

3. Tracking

Tracking numbers will be emailed after processing/dispatch time.

4. Shipping & Handling

We take great care in packaging orders, but we are not responsible for damages to product boxes or packaging caused during shipping. Once your order is in transit, we cannot control delays caused by the shipping carrier. If there are delays beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

5. Lost and Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will attempt to reach out to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or mishandling by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
