Dispatch & preorders
In-stock items dispatch within 24 hours on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Preorder dispatch estimates are listed in each product description. If an estimate changes, we’ll notify you by email.
Split shipments
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items always ship separately. In-stock items ship first, and preorder items follow once available.
If you order multiple preorder items with different arrival dates, they’ll ship together once all preorder items are available.
Shipping costs

Australia: $4.95 for in-stock items or preorder items. Orders containing both cost $9.90 for two separate shipments.

Free Australian shipping: Orders of AUD $200 or more ship free, including both shipments in mixed orders.

International: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and vary by destination. Customs clearance and regional or remote delivery may take longer. Preorder waiting times are additional.
Tracking
Your tracking link will be emailed after dispatch. For international orders, you can also check tracking with the local postal carrier once your parcel reaches its destination.
International duties & taxes
For US orders, applicable import duties are calculated and charged at checkout.
For other international destinations, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees are payable by the customer and are not included in the shipping charge.
Address changes & returned parcels
Need to change your delivery address? Email support@fuzzyjoy.com.au as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
A $4.95 reshipping fee applies to uncollected parcels returned to us and resent within Australia. For international reshipping, contact us for the cost.

For delayed, missing or damaged parcels, contact Australia Post—or your local postal carrier for overseas deliveries—and support@fuzzyjoy.com.au.
Include your order number, tracking number and, for damaged deliveries, photos of the item and packaging so we can help.
