Refund policy
1. Order Cancellations & Refunds
- All sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or deposit refunds under any circumstances.
- Prices may fluctuate due to demand and supply. Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer price adjustments for past orders.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns under the following strict conditions:
- Incorrect Item Received: If we have sent you the wrong product, we will accept a return only if the outer box remains unopened and the issue is supported by a complete unboxing video.
- To qualify for a return, customers must:
- Record an unboxing video of the shipping package from start to finish upon receiving it. DO NOT open the blind box or product inside. The video must clearly show the package being opened without any cuts or edits.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to report the issue.
- Provide the unboxing video and order details for verification.
If your return request meets the criteria above, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
