4. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds unless we have sent the wrong item.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, you must:
    • Record an unboxing video of the shipping package from start to finish.
    • Ensure the product box remains unopened.
    • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with your order details and unboxing video.
  • We do not accept returns for manufacturer imperfections (e.g., paint inconsistencies or minor defects).
  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process.
